Scoping

We always make sure of the customers’ requirements by collecting information rather than assuming what the customers want. To define the scope of the project, we make sure the requirements are specific, measurable, agreed-upon, time-based, and without any doubts. Our customers are our highest priority, and we make it imperative to gain clarity over the requirements before the project starts.

Implementation

After establishing a roadmap of goals to achieve, we start to put the plans into motion. In this phase, we continuously monitor project work while our teams are busy in actually building solutions for our clients. Throughout this step, clients and other stakeholders are kept in loop of the project status as per the agreed upon terms. At the end of this phase, review for quality as per acceptance criteria will take place.

Support

Even after deployment of the products to our customers, we consider it as our responsibility to provide full support by collecting periodic feedback. We make sure to record and fix any bugs or enhancements reported by our customers. Giving full support to our customers has always been our top priority.
